It's one of the best parks in the city for families and kids. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. This is a great place to play softball, baseball, soccer, and basketball. The Westgate Twin Theater is also in Wylie.  1. Founders Park  A new and fun place to go with the family for a day of outdoor play. The pirate theme is perfect for a children's park. This Pirate ship in the front of the park looks like a ship, complete with a life-sized pirate ship. It also has a huge play structure that is pirate themed.
